These terms govern your use of the DivaKnit app, developed by Lars Olaussen ("I", "me"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the app.
1. License to use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app;
- copy, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except where explicitly permitted by law.
You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the app, including pattern PDFs you import. Make sure you have the legal right to use and store any content you import.
3. Intellectual property
The app and all associated rights belong to Lars Olaussen. These terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property beyond the license described above.
4. Storage and syncing
DivaKnit stores content locally on your device, and syncs via your own private iCloud account if enabled. See the privacy policy for more information. I am not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstalling the app, or issues with Apple's iCloud service.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, no guarantees are given that the app will always be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect losses, consequential damages, or data loss is limited. Mandatory consumer rights under Norwegian law are not affected by this clause.
7. Changes to the app and these terms
The app may be changed, updated, or discontinued, and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
