To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • which device and OS version you're using (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18, or iPad);
  • which version of DivaKnit you have;
  • a short description of what happened, and what you expected;
  • a screenshot, if possible.

Frequently asked questions

How do I import a pattern?

Open the PDF file from, for example, the Files or Mail app, tap "Share", and choose DivaKnit. The pattern is then added under the Pattern tab.

Does my data sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Yes, as long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID and have iCloud sync enabled, patterns, projects, yarn, and journal entries sync automatically via iCloud.

How do I delete my data?
